Ooh la la, a
new French bistro and bakery is taking downtown by storm! Meet master
baker Bruno Barachin and his wife,
Sabine Pasco, pastry chef.
The food is as authentic as their accents.
La Quiche
Parisienne Bistro serves breakfast and lunch, with a
tempting menu of pastries and breads made daily from scratch.
Also enjoy fresh salads, quiches, sandwiches, homemade soups,
and French specialties - and they cater! The bistro is at
401-A Cooper NW, in the promenade area between the Hyatt Hotel
and Qwest Plaza. Hours: Monday thru Friday: 7am to 5 pm,
Saturday: 7am to 2 pm. The Bistro shows the work of local
photographer Dennis R. Estrada.
